Dr Campbell is very understanding and very thorough in her examination of me. She reviewed all my medication and everything. I asked her to send new prescription of all my medications to a new pharmacy (I had move and wanted to start fresh rather than transfer everything). She asked me to give her a couple of days for her to send scripts over. I understood because I have a lot of medications and it was the end of business for the day. About 3 days later I received notification that I had a prescription ready so I called the pharmacy and asked if it was only one or if the doctor sent in several new prescriptions. I was told they only got one. When I called the office to find out what happened I was told they could only send over what I was out of because of my insurance. I explained that anything the insurance would not cover would be put on hold till I needed it. That is the way it has always been. I was told he would have Dr. Campbell send the rest over but that was 2 days ago. Today they are closed so if I don’t hear anything by Friday I will have to call back. Also the paperwork the office was supposed to fill out for Meto-Lift net has made it to Metro -Lift’s office so I need to follow up on that as well.
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the above situation. Up till my last 2 visits I had been seeing Dr. Caldwell with very few hiccups but it seems that now there are so many problems.

Dr. Campbell is a great doctor. She’s patient, kind, thorough, and an excellent listener. I only wish that I had had her as my doctor years ago. When I first met him I said to myself, “Wow where have you been?” She’s a SUPER DOCTOR!

She is wonderful! Very friendly but professional and gives you plenty of time to talk about your issues. My 36 yr old daughter and I both go to her and both of us are very pleased!

My experience with Dr Caldwell is always pleasant. She is the best PCP I’ve ever had and I really enjoy seeing her and her staff. Very friendly environment and it’s like visiting an old friend.❤️

Each time I go in for my appointments, I receive nothing but the utmost respect from everyone in the office, from Drs. Caldwell and Campbell to the entire staff. The wait time is usually not very long and once you get to the back, you are heard and they get right to the issue/s. I have been pleased since I have started going there.

The wait was a little long but being able to do blood work in Dr Caldwells office makes up for it. The staff is nice and considerate while asking all the right questions.
