Dr. Caldwell and her team are extremely thorough, they listen to the patients concerns, provide actionable solutions and include the patient’s input in their own action plan to achieve maximum health outcomes. Dr. Caldwell requires accountability of her patients but supports them with education and interventions. Dr. Caldwell’s ego is not threatened as she encourages her patients to advocate for themselves. Before I go to a specialist I always confer before and afterwards with Dr. Caldwell.

Dr, Jennifer Johnson Caldwell As compassionate as one can be and cares about her patience needs, she always accommodate and understand her patience. The staff is helpful and friendly along with her colleagues. They are absolutely the best team you would wanna have medically.

Dr. Jennifer Johnson-Caldwell is an AMAZING doctor. I know this might sound biased, but in my experience, long-term, seasoned physicians truly make a difference—and she is a perfect example of that. Her depth of experience really shows in the way she approaches care.
What stands out most is how well she listens. She takes the time to understand concerns without rushing, and you feel genuinely heard and respected during every visit. That level of attentiveness is rare and incredibly reassuring.
You can also tell a lot about a doctor by the way their office runs, and it’s clear she fosters a supportive, positive environment for her staff. The team works well together, reflecting the guidance and experience she provides as a leader. They work at a slower pace, but that's because people are actually getting the attention they deserve.
I highly recommend Dr. Johnson-Caldwell to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and experienced physician

Meeting Dr. Boliver-Campbell for the first time was like "a breath of fresh air". I felt like I was in the presence of a doctor that listened to what I was saying to her. She made recommendations for what I needed to start doing. Which sounded great to me. She made me feel welcome and at ease.
On the other hand, the reception staff is doing a poor job when it comes to answering the telephone. I've called the doctor's office for three days straight, 4 calls each time each day. No one answers the telephone, it goes straight to voicemail. The receptionist must not leave the doctor any messages either. It was having terrible cramps in my body, so I needs a refill on my prescription badly. It took 4 days for me to get a response.

Dr. Boliver- Campbell was very professional and thorough. She examined me from head to toe and was very attentive to my questions. I was very impressed with her and would recommend her to my family.
