I met NP Ebony she was Great with my concerns,,questions, & information, Then she reported to my PCP Dr Caldwell who in turn did final assessment and plan for my ongoing medical care, Promised she would conclude her completion of necessary documentation after All patients visits. This office visit was the most incredible experience of all my medical visits. I was greeted cordially and professionally by all staff. The doctor was very patient, thorough and vested in me. She evaluated all systems of my body. She provided me with referrals for requested specialty physicians. My visit ended with the scheduling of a return visit and all the staff thanking me joining the office practice as a new patient. The customer service was superior and the professionalism was superb.

I was referred to Dr Johnson-Caldwell by a respected medical colleague. Her team was very professional, helpful and courteous while assisting me with the new client process and initial exam. Dr Johnson-Caldwell leads by example on patient care and it was an excellent experience interacting with her! She is an excellent physician and instills trust that you can follow her recommendations on your medical care journey.

I cannot say enough about the great care I have received through this office. The staff and Dr. Jen are friendly and the office is thorough. Dr. Jen listens to you, and you don't feel rushed. I had not been to the doctor for some time, but was referred to Dr. Jen by a friend. I went in for an annual checkup and there was a concern about my blood work. Dr. Jen called me after receiving my blood work and advised me to go the ER. After my ER visit, I had my follow-up visit with Dr. Jen, and she let me know what was in my notes per the consult with the doctor during my ER visit. It was through Dr. Jen, that I found out that the doctor during my ER visit had put something in the notes during the consult that were inaccurate. Dr. Jen printed out the consult notes and I filed for an amendment to my notes with the hospital. I would not have known I could amend the notes without Dr. Jen's guidance. She encouraged me to be my own advocate. She truly cares about the patient. Also, she gives you hope and it's not doom and gloom. I couldn't be in denial about having to go to the ER, but with her style of communication that gives you clarity, you know that if you address the concern, everything will be fine. I work a lot, and have put my health last (like many others) for so long. However, after finally getting that annual checkup, and a wakeup call from Dr. Jen, I'm making my annual checkup a priority. Praise Jesus that everything is good, and I'm encouraged to get my annual exams to help ensure I stay at my healthiest.

Just different from where We used to go . They do not have resources like a counselor . Someone that finds ways of providing necessary assistance like getting special tools for handicapped or food.
